Psychologist | Rewired Leadership | Reboot PracticeMy background
For more than 30 years I have worked with people navigating change, uncertainty, leadership, and personal transformation — across educational psychology, neurological rehabilitation, trauma, child and family work, chronic pain, and corporate leadership.
That breadth is not incidental. It means I bring genuine clinical depth to work that others approach from a purely performance or coaching perspective. I have worked with the full range of what pressure does to people — how it forms, how it embeds, and how it changes.
My approach draws on counselling psychology, BWRT (Brain Working Recursive Therapy), trauma-informed practice, and neuroscience. I hold additional training in hypnotherapy and reflective practice.
Why founders, and why this work
My particular focus on founders came from close observation — watching someone I care about navigate the psychological reality of building a business from the ground up. The isolation. The identity questions. The way financial pressure distorts thinking. The cost of carrying it all without adequate support. That experience gave me something clinical training alone cannot — an understanding of the founder journey from the inside. It shaped both what I work on and how I work.
Why this, why now
Throughout my career I noticed something consistent. People often understood their challenges long before they changed them. Insight alone was rarely enough.
The leaders who created meaningful change were those who learned to recognise and interrupt the automatic patterns influencing their decisions, relationships, and behaviour — not just understand them intellectually, but change them at the level where they actually live. That observation became the foundation of Rewired Leadership.
What I offer
A confidential space where patterns can be identified, challenged, and changed. Not through judgement. Through honest reflection, neurological rewiring, and practical integration — with someone who has the clinical depth and personal understanding to work at that level.
The goal is not perfection.
The goal is freedom from patterns that no longer serve.
